IAB congratulates the Argentine Private Radio Broadcasters Association (ARPA) on its 67th Anniversary

The International Association of Broadcasting (IAB) expresses its warmest congratulations to the Association of Argentine Private Radio Broadcasters (ARPA) on the occasion of its 67th anniversary, celebrated this April 28, 2025.
Since its foundation in 1958, ARPA has established itself as the main reference for private broadcasters in Argentina, working tirelessly to defend the interests of the sector and to promote free, plural and democratic broadcasting. Its exemplary trajectory and its firm commitment to the values of freedom of expression, innovation and the strengthening of federalism in the media are a true source of pride for all of us at IAB.

In a context of great technological transformations and new challenges for radio broadcasting, ARPA reaffirms every day the irreplaceable role of radio as a reliable, close and deeply human medium, capable of generating authentic links with audiences throughout Argentina.

IAB celebrates this anniversary together with ARPA, its member broadcasters and its listeners, recognizing their valuable contribution to the strengthening of private broadcasting in the region and their active participation in our international organization.
